Family Shoots
Family shoots are fun, casual, and laid-back sessions that last about an hour and result in both “formal-ish” pics for mantles and some great candids of you all being your interesting selves in places and spaces you like.
Locations?
If possible, we always love shooting in peoples’ homes and adjoining yards. If your family happens to have a lot of farm land, that’s super rad! And of course, we can always meet in public spaces like parks, trails, etc.
Rates
In-town, small family group sessions are $300, last up to an hour, and include a disc of well-edited, high-resolution images and a print license for your personal use. Larger groups and nearby locations are also available and priced depending on specifics. We sometimes offer $200 “Slice of Life” documentary sessions at homes in Harrisonburg on M-R between 9am-4:30pm for 30 minutes. For another $300, you can get a really hip 6×8 book of the highlights that you pick. Here’s an example:
